Plan Your Trade Show Visits Before You Arrive
A trade show exhibitor list is useful only if you can turn it into a visit plan. PikScan lets you import organizers' CSV or Excel files, then plan booths by stand, hall, priority, visit time and route order, all on your iPhone before you arrive.
What you can plan for each exhibitor
- Company name
- Stand / booth number
- Hall
- Priority (who you must see first)
- Visit time (day and time)
- Route order so you walk an efficient path
- Notes and tags
CSV / Excel import
In Event prep, tap Import list to load CSV or Excel (.xlsx). PikScan auto-detects columns in English, French, German or Spanish. You review a preview, skip duplicates, then add to the list or replace it. A downloadable CSV template is included so teams can share a standard format.
- Auto column mapping
- Preview before commit
- Merge (add) or replace modes
- Works with typical organizer exhibitor exports
From list to floor execution
- Import or enter exhibitors before the show.
- Set priorities and visit times; reorder the path.
- See planned visits in the calendar.
- On site, mark booths as visited.
- Link scanned cards to the planned exhibitor when you meet them.
That connects before-the-show planning with on-floor capture in one offline app.
