How do I scan trade show QR badges?

Open the Scanner tab, choose "Scan trade show QR badge," and frame the code on the badge. PikScan automatically extracts vCard details, LinkedIn links, email, and phone — alongside OCR scanning of paper cards.

Which CRMs and export formats are available?

Excel/CSV, JSON, vCard (.vcf), ICS calendar, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, and custom formats. Full multi-CRM export is included in PikScan Pro — ideal for syncing contacts right after the show.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes, fully. Capture, storage, pipeline qualification, and export work offline. Perfect for exhibition halls with limited connectivity. Sync with your CRM once you're back online.

How do I upgrade to Pro or restore a purchase?

From the app: Settings → Upgrade to Pro to subscribe, or "Restore purchases" after changing devices. A 7-day free trial is offered to eligible new users.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Manage from your App Store account (Settings → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no immediate loss of Pro access.

Is my data sent to PikScan?

No, never. PikScan collects no data during app use. Everything is stored exclusively on your phone, offline. We have no access, no copy, and no server for your contacts.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → My data → Delete all data. This is permanent and entirely local: PikScan holds no copy, because no data is ever sent to our servers.

Does OCR support multiple languages?

Yes. French, English, German, Spanish, and major Latin-script languages for international cards. When in doubt, verify and correct extracted fields before export — this ensures CRM data quality.

Is PikScan suitable for a sales team?

Each rep uses PikScan on their device. With Pro, export to a shared CRM to centralize leads. Pipeline and calendar enable structured post-show follow-up — turn cards into qualified opportunities.
